Getting your "Default" form to pre-fill 'Submit a request' box

I have a form marked as "Default", but that form does not automatically appear in the 'Submit a request' box.  Rather a dash appears '-', then below all other forms are shows in the order I have specified.  Should a "default" form be pre-filled in the box.

Hi Ken, if there are multiple forms activated in your account it is expected behavior that a dropdown list will appear instead of the default form. Currently, this is the native behavior of the ticket form and cannot be configured from within Zendesk. Although you can probably achieve this by doing some advanced customizations via API. Here's the Ticket Forms API for your reference.

Another option is by providing the Ticket Form's direct URL to your end-users where they can submit tickets.

Note: For API custom coding you may reach out to your Development team for assistance.
