Limiting Service Requests to Specific User Segments/Organizations/Groups

Hello,

Is there a way to limit service requests to specific groups/organizations/user segements? We have staff mixed with students currently and we are trying to give students the same experience as staff without allowing them near the staff stuff.

Any advice would be helpful.
