Hello! Is there a way to track the # of unique users who visited the Help Center? I can't seem to find that particular metric.

Hi Jessica,

It's definitely a good metric to have. However, unique visitor count can only be viewed by using Google Analytics integration with Zendesk Guide. You can check Monitoring your help center traffic and activity with Google Analytics to learn more.

Hello!

I just wanted to come back around on this as we released some new data this year for user sessions and visitors. You can read more in Analyzing user session and page efficiency activity in the help center. If you would like to track anonymous users (those who have not logged into the help center), you should consider also enabling anonymous user tracking. Otherwise the data will only represent traffic for those users who have logged in to your help center.
