My app isnt showing the conversation threads. Super frustrating as I need to reply to conversations on the fly. Comes up with a message saying no conversation URL.

Hello Cheryl,
If you are looking into replying to a live conversation on a Chat ticket, the app to use would be the Zendesk Chat app. I see on your screenshot that this is the Zendesk Support app instead and it does not offer the functionality to reply to live conversations.
