Get Chat Api not working

I was using this api to get the chat data.
 
Now the new url is http::{subdomain}.zendesk.com .
 
I am not able to get the chat after updating the url.

Hey Raju,
 
Even though you now access your chat dashboard through subdomain.zendesk.com/chat, you'll still use www.zopim.com to retrieve data via the Chat API.
