That's correct. Without an Enterprise plan, the only alternative is to build your own UI and use the SDK's API providers.

There is a Support SDK setting in Admin Center that allows you to disable displaying the Zendesk logo in your app.
Though I must note that this setting is only available for Enterprise plans.
