How to restrict agents assiging ticket to particular group

Hey @vamshi11 - Have you checked out Zendesk's Assignment Control app? I've used it for a few of our workflows to hide/restrict specific groups for a subset of agents and it's been really helpful thus far. More info: https://www.zendesk.com/marketplace/apps/support/223590/assignment-control/
