Hello, I'm having a hard time integrating Zendesk and IBM watson, I got the account key and pasted it on IBM watsons integration on the live agent tab. However, it asks for a department. I can't find departments. The agent is set to online but no messages are received. Can someone please assist me, thanks.

The IBM Watson integration is not a Zendesk product, and therefore falls outside of the scope of our support as our teams did not create the app. I strongly suggest that you reach out to the IBM Watson team in order to best understand how to integrate its features into Zendesk.
