Thank you @brandon12 but I did not mean FB DM what I need to do is : If someone comments on a post I can respond to him privately . is this possible any way from Zendesk ?

Ahhh - apologies for the confusion.  I'm not aware of a direct way to do this, but you might be able to start the conversation in Facebook (initiate the comment > message process via the native Meta account you referenced earlier), and then continue the conversation inside of Zendesk.  Perhaps another member of the community can advise further, as there might also be a way to tie into Facebook's API to trigger that same action from within Zendesk via a webhook.
