Our app supports Android 5 and above, and on Android 7 devices we request “Write/Read storage permissions” as we need to access certain files in the downloads/gallery directory.
After upgrading to one of the latest versions of Zendesk, requesting these permissions is always returning denied.
Can you please assist?
