In our app Zendesk support SDK is integrated for FAQs, Articles and Tickets. We integrated it as per the guidelines provided. But we are not able to see any tickets or articles. It is giving an unauthorized error. Zendesk URL is: novo.zendesk.com

Hi Amit! Usually the reason that this occurs is because you are using admin credentials, which is not supported. If you are using end-user credentials, please follow the instructions in this post so that we have as much information about your particular scenario as possible.
