I am unable to update text(values) on comment text field on zendesk ticket support page through apis. Do we have any way to update comment text field through apis without posting the comment?

It's not possible to update the comment field text value directly via the API. One way you could achieve this is by using the Zendesk Apps Framework and the comment object.
