I want to know if there is a way where we can use the Zendesk API to extract the entire ticket data including the conversation and then 

Analyze ticket conversations to extract:

  • What went well
  • What’s pending
  •  Ideal timeline
  •  Next steps
  •  Client confidence level

 

And then Generate a summary report in Excel with all key insights, ready for team review.
