Zendesk Guide Center SSO enable setting

We are facing an issue where if we enable SSO in the Zendesk configuration settings, the regular sign-in and forgot password doesn’t work in the Zendesk portal. Please guide us, so that we can use the Sign-in and forgot password features even when the SSO is enabled in the settings.

Hi Ritik! If you are using a SAML or JWT SSO option, you are not able to utilize Zendesk authentication any longer. In the event that you experience an issue with your SSO, you do have options if you have not disabled Zendesk authentication.
