I use Zendesk Sell, none of the other products. I am using the Calls API to retrieve the Call Recording link. I am trying to direct download that link but whenever I try to it says unauthenticated. What is the proper way to authenticate to direct download the call recording that is retrieved from the Zendesk Sell Calls API?
This is a fundamental piece of our business for Sales Enablement and Training as we get a transcription of the conversation once we upload the file to AssemblyAI.
