API Calls
We are redesigning our guide pages and Zendesk search does not show the entire snippet of content in the search results. It cherry picks a portion of the content that has the term searched for which can make for a really odd end user experience. We are trying to provide the entire article snippet and wonder if this code would cause an API call that would run against our balance or if it is included:
Without an internal measurement tool it is really difficult to tell how we are doing on calls unless we just watch and wait which is not something I think is good practice.
