Having Issue creating ticket using custom form under https://xxx.zendesk.com/hr/en-us pages

using jQuery Ajax post to zendesk Api , return "403" error message "invalid token ..."

Hi Winton! Could you provide the full code snippet where you are attempting to create this ticket? Make sure to redact any emails/passwords before posting here.

Could you also let me know whether you are using agent or end-user credentials?
