Hello

in my app client call our server, then our server call zendesk server. ticket has always ip of our server.

How can I proxy headers or hidden params with user ip to zendesk?

Hi there! To do something like this, you would likely need to pass in a Forwarded header from your app and then save that as a custom field inside Zendesk. There won't be any way to change the actual IP on the ticket itself, as that would present a security issue.
