Timeout on search api calls

Hello, I've been having some problems with some api calls to the search api timing out (10 seconds timeout), I've checked the rate limit and we are way below the max. Maybe the timeout is too low, any help?

Are you encountering this when using search queries that are intended to return less than 1,000 results?  And less than 100 results?
