Zendesk app to create linked tickets

Hi ,

 

I am looking for an app that can 

 

1.  create single linked ticket along with attachment .

2. accept csv and create bulk linked tickets with attachments .

3. macro can be used while creating single linked ticket , if macro contains attachment , same attachment should be uploaded to the linked ticket .

    At this time, there isn’t an out-of-the-box Zendesk app that fully supports creating single linked tickets with attachments, bulk importing linked tickets via CSV with attachments, and applying macros that include attachments to linked tickets.
     
    To achieve this functionality, you might want to consider developing a custom solution using the Zendesk API. The API allows you to create tickets, upload attachments, link tickets, and manage macros programmatically. This approach would enable you to tailor the workflow exactly as you need, including bulk ticket creation and attachment handling.
