Zendesk Sell Top bar app track current page?

I'm developing a Telephone integration with Zendesk Sell.

Is there any event I can tap into that will tell me when the user navigates to a new Contact or Lead pageomegle xender in Sell and if so, what type of entity it is (Person Account, Company Account or Lead) and the entity ID?
