Action Builder EAP – July Release Notes
Today we’re pleased to announce a number of enhancements will be rolling out to all accounts using the Action Builder EAP. See below for a detailed list of all improvements.
New Confluence Connectors
- The Confluence Connector allows you to create, update, and search Confluence content within workflows, making it easier to manage documentation, collaborate on updates, and automatically log key information.
New addition to Google Sheets Connector: Create New Sheet Step
- The Google Sheets Connector lets you create and manage spreadsheets as part of your workflow, enabling simple, structured data capture and reporting.
Return Action Flow Output to Agent Copilot
- Action flows can now return output to agent copilot procedures. This allows information to be utilized in subsequent procedural instructions and included in messages suggested to the agent.
New Action Flow Trigger Filters
- Admins can configure filter conditions on triggers to control when an action flow executes.
Branch Step Supports Conditional Logic on Ticket Tags
- The branch step can now evaluate ticket tag values and branch accordingly if the value matches.
Create Ticket Step Now Supports Tags
- Tags can be defined and added when creating a ticket.
New Zendesk Ticket Steps
- Add tags to tickets
- Remove tags from tickets
Custom Field Support on Zendesk Steps
- Support for a subset of custom fields—such as drop-down, checkbox, text, number, decimal, and multi-line—has been added for the following steps:
- Lookup Ticket (custom fields can be referenced as variables)
- Create & Update Ticket (values can be provided for supported custom fields)
As mentioned in our Planned Improvements to the Action Builder EAP we intend to release improvements to the EAP monthly until the product is ready for General Availability.
