Today we’re pleased to announce a number of enhancements will be rolling out to all accounts using the Action Builder EAP.

Ability to test Action Flows
- An admin can run a test execution of an Action Flow by defining mock input values for an Action Flow, based on the input schema
- An admin can view execution logs for the current test executions of an Action Flow
Ability to lookup Zendesk users and orgs
- An admin can add a step to look up a user by their Zendesk user_id or external_id and return the entire user object
- An admin can add a step to look up an organization by their Zendesk organization_id or external_id and return the entire org object
Ability to trigger an Action Flow from a user event
- An Admin can select one of the various User events as the trigger for an action flow
- The trigger outputs a subset of the User data, which can be used as inputs to step in the action flow
New OpenAI connector
- An admin can connect Action Builder to their OpenAI account and then use a series of pre-built actions as steps in their Action Flows
- Supported actions are;
- Analyze sentiment: Classifies input text sentiment
- Summarize text: Generates a concise summary of the provided text.
- Extract keywords: Identifies key topics or terms from the provided text.
- Send prompt: Sends a custom prompt to OpenAI and returns the raw response.
- All outputs can be referenced in subsequent flow steps.

- Escalating bug reports to developers
- Collecting customer feedback in a Google Sheet
- Generating a new Salesforce lead with Copilot
As mentioned in our Planned Improvements to the Action Builder EAP we intend to release improvements to the EAP monthly until the product is ready for General Availability. The planned improvements article has now been updated with the next set of planned changes.
