  • Copilot intelligent triage included in Professional plans and above: Intelligent triage automatically classifies tickets (topic, sentiment, language, entities) so you can spot trends and feed smarter routing/automation without manual review. Read: Announcing Copilot intelligent triage for Professional plans and above
  • Auto assist pulls from more sources: Auto assist can now generate suggestions using supported external sources plus internal Knowledge articles—handy when the “right answer” lives outside your Help Center. Read: Announcing external sources and internal knowledge articles in auto assist
  • Auto assist can use similar solved tickets: When procedures or articles aren’t available, auto assist can use similar solved tickets across channels and languages—and show agents the rationale behind suggestions. Read: About auto assist
  • Admin copilot help in Launchpad: Admin copilot recommendations can appear at the top of Launchpad, so admins can spot setup improvements without hunting through settings. Read: Using admin copilot with Launchpad
  • AI agents workspace migration: If you purchased the AI agents - Advanced add-on before March 10, 2026, this migration consolidates Help Center connections, adds locale scoping to search rules, and respects article view permissions.

Migration downtime within the AI agents will be brief, with temporary interruptions to messaging, email, and voice channels.

I like the visual breakdown, one problem though, the controls overlay the “Go to Article” link, so you canot click the link unless you hide the controls 🤦

@Cian James thanks for pointing this out. I’ve made adjustments to the slides so the article links are no longer hidden behind the controls overlay. Thanks for the feedback!
