We have a scenario where our Users are given a user type from our hubspot api. Is there anyway we could create a ticket field that auto populates that user type from the user field?

Hi Joel,
I think you can also manage that by API as well. Otherwise we are also using Knots Studio (www.knots.io) in order to set data in custom fields as well.
