can't add multiple users to ticket via paste

Hello James, 

Using a comma should work when adding multiple users as CC/follower on a ticket.

I would suggest clearing your browser's cache or using a different browser and try it again.

My UI looks like this:

Hello James, 

I will create a ticket for you so we can investigate this further within your account. 

You will receive a separate email for this shortly.
