Can you please show me how to export to excel a list of all of my tickets with their corresponding comments?

Exporting Comments into Excel
Thank you for you help! I requested the file but when I open it, the data is just one string of text. Is there anyway I can export this into excel? Or another format where I can easily read the tickets and their corresponding comments?

This can be accomplished using full XML export.
The exported file includes the following data:
• Accounts - all the settings for your account
• Groups - detailed information about your groups
• Organizations - detailed information about your organizations
• Tickets - all the details (including comments) for all your tickets
• Users - a list of all your users (end users, agents, and admins)
Also, to do a full XML export, you can go to Account > Tools > Reports > Full XML export (see example screenshot for reference)
Lastly, if you are an admin but unable to see this option even if the option is enabled, have the owner of your account check if there are any restrictions under the Approved email domain field (see the section: Enabling and disabling data export). You may refer to this article.
