FIELDS SHOW IN FORMS

Hello, everyone!

We’ve noticed that a number of fields relating to ‘feelings’ have started appearing on our forms.

Do you know what this change is about, or what the purpose of these fields is?

    Hi Roger, 

    These fields are from Intelligent Triage (https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4964463770650-About-intelligent-triage) that are now available in Suite Professional and above. You can manage them → https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4550640560538-Automatically-classifying-tickets-with-intelligent-triage.
