Problem with Knowledge capture pop-up

Hello, 

I am having an issue with knowledge capture in Zendesk keeps poping-up. Once the window pops-up, I am unable to close it. I have tried cleaning the cache, and different browsers, but no luck. To be exact, when I press "X", the windows reappear again: 

 

Let me know if You need more details (video of the problem, or console information)

The same issue has started to happen with some agents in my organization. Any clue about it?

Hi Julian,
 
Could you kindly add "?noapps" to the end of the ticket URL where the issue is occurring? Here's an example:
 
https://YOURSUBDOMAIN.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/12345?noapps
 
If you have any browser extensions enabled, would you mind trying to disable them before trying to access the ticket again? Some users have successfully resolved the issue by disabling the extension.
