Replied email is still showing no/blank content after checking with the sender

Like this, the sender is sending but there is no content but blank. already checked with the sender but still get blank reply!! why??   it happens not only on one ticket, but #146249#193667#180847  all these tickets have.  I already ask the live chat, but still no response. 

Please kindly reply me to  1256601201@qq.com  asap, please please please.

Hello,

your customers have probably replied below the separator text.

You can see the complete email of the customer in the ticket events.
