Is there a way to have new email on top instead of the bottom? It appears that I have to scroll through all the replies before seeing the next email.

With the new Agent Workspace in place, there is no option to set the newest replies back on top. This has been requested by other customers from this feedback page: Agent Workspace - Open at top of latest comment
