Is it possible to catch when a Knowledge Capture event has happened on a ticket (URL linked / etc.) and apply a tag when this happens?

Yes. Posts like these are continously being monitored. If it gains enough traction or there's a high engagement of users with the same use case, it can drive the demand for such feature.

As it turns out, the event "Knowledge Linked" is not part of trigger conditions. Hence, it's not possible to use it on triggers.
