Hello,When sending an email with my Support adress with my Support Adress in CC, a Suspended ticket is created.Is there a way to avoid it ?

Hi @Renaud Croix, have you checked if yours and/or the requester's email address is verified (in your user profile)? Additionally, you can add your email address domain(s) to the 'allowlist'.
