View filter no longer respecting ticket status

After the most recent update, our view for all open tickets is keeping solved tickets on the board. We have the ticket status filter to only show open values, and even tried adding a hard exclude for solved and dismissed. Anyone else experiencing this or have a fix?

Have you tried to filter by status category and not by ticket status? 

 

Cat status - Less than solved

I did try that, although it looks like the issue is actually just that there’s a delay in the views updating. Closed tickets dropped off after about 10 minutes with the most recent update.


Okey! That happened to me once, too.

We are still experiencing this issue, with both ticket status and status category.
