Zendesk ticket display is unstable.

Hi,

Since last week, I no longer see the number of solved tickets and also I have difficulties assigning tickets to myself and team members. Please look into it.

Are you referring to the number of solved tickets showing under the Support Dashboard? That refreshes every week. If you are pertaining to an explore report, it would be best to initiate a conversation with us so one of our Engineers can check your account as well as the issue that you are experiencing in assigning tickets.
