We are having issues with calls dropping, any sugguestions?

Hi @kimmie,

I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems with calls dropping. From our experience, network issues are usually the culprit for this problem. However, we have also observed that slow machines or those with low RAM can be to blame. We have a very comprehensive article about how to identify and resolve these problems here. I hope it helps.
