I may be premature but wanted to share my need for google drive.
When the injestion occurs here is my hope on functionality
Our customers are grouped by “organization”
we then create segments in Knowledge which match the organization name
we use filters to restrict access to end-users so they only have access to segments based on labels which match their “organization name”
So when this goes live, my hope is that AI can look at the users organization (or in AI “search rules”) and lok at the KB articles and google drive PDFs which match the organization, perhaps if i had a folder named “customer 1” to match the organization “customer 1”
