Road to Relate is a 10 day challenge running through May 8. Answer daily questions for a chance to win one of 30 tickets to Zendesk Relate 2026. Official announcement here.

Explore gives you a lot to work with: prebuilt dashboards, custom reports, and filters across tickets, agents, channels and more. With that much data available, every team ends up gravitating toward something different. Some live in ticket volume. Others swear by CSAT trends. Most end up building something custom that tells them exactly what they need to know in one view.

Today’s question:

Which Explore report does your team use the most and why?

Check back tomorrow for today's winner and the next chance to win!

While out of the box reporting is super helpful, the new generative AI report building features are a game changer for clients looking to track specific custom metrics.

I find the out of the box reporting limiting in many circumstances, but I do see improvements happening. We like to use the Copilot and AI Agents dashboards the most to get a good idea of how our AI tools are functioning for both agents and customers.

The AI assist for report generation is a huge time saver. We describe what needs to be built and it builds it for you, no manual query building required. Helps greatly with seeing metrics we were not seeing before or thought about.

We have a custom dashboard that lists key SLA metrics and times, that can be filtered and sorted according to each department’s needs.
