Community, it is time to level up. We are excited to share that the Zendesk Spark program is now live.
This is more than a refresh. It is a new way to recognize and reward the expertise you share every day. Whether you solve tough issues or help shape strategy, your contributions now go even further.
What is available now
The Reward Hub is now live, and you can start using it today:
- Explore the new rewards store: Your points now have a home. Browse a curated selection of rewards made for Spark members.
- Take on fresh challenges: Complete new challenges to grow your point balance and show what you know.
Coming in June
We are just getting started. Next month, the Spark program will add:
- Unified tracking: Your activity in Community and Zendesk Academy will be tracked automatically. Every post, lesson, and breakthrough will earn points in the Spark Hub.
- Exclusive tiered rewards: As you level up, you will unlock higher-value rewards reserved for our most dedicated Spark members.
How to get started
It only takes two steps:
- Request access: Go to the Reward Hub and select Request to join.
- Complete Welcome to Zendesk Spark: Follow the journey to get started and begin earning points.
