What’s available now and how it works
Your activity in Zendesk Academy and Community is now being automatically rewarded in Spark.
That means your contributions can now be recognized for things like:
- Course or learning path completion
- Certifications and badges earned
- Participating in Community discussions
- Sharing thoughtful insights, expertise, and helping others
Eligible activity in Zendesk Academy and Community will be tracked automatically and reflected in Spark. As you continue to complete courses, earn certifications, take part in meaningful discussions, and share your knowledge and perspective, your contributions will be recognized through Spark.
This is one more way to value the expertise you share and the impact you make across Academy and Community.
