Welcome to our new home! Our refreshed Community experience is designed to make connecting, learning, and growing easier than ever. While we have a brand new look, the heart of this community - authentic discussion and generously shared knowledge - remains exactly the same.

Here’ s a summary of what’s changed in this new space:

  • Topics are now called Forums, which are structured so that you have dedicated spaces to ask technical questions, share your wins, challenges, and learnings, and network with one another.

    • Content you post will now be published immediately, so you don’t need to wait for manual moderation to see your contribution live and start getting replies.

  • Product feedback now lives outside the forums. You can filter existing feedback posts by product or status, and find a view of the feedback pipeline across ideas, from submitted to delivered.

    • When you have a new piece of product feedback to submit, select the Product feedback post type. You’ll be prompted with a template that helps turn feedback into structured insights for our product team to leverage.

    • As you write a Title, you’ll also see similar posts, in case someone has submitted your idea before. If that happens, be sure to go upvote the existing post, and add a comment with your use case.

  • Early access programs (EAPs) also now live outside the forums. Instead, each EAP will have its own group, allowing for tighter connections to the Zendesk Product team and more streamlined ways to share your feedback as you test new features. Check out current EAPs here

  • Groups also have a new home and no longer require you to visit a separate site to join or participate. User Groups now have events, discussions, and individual spaces to keep the conversation going between meetups. You can find your group of likeminded peers here

  • You can also now browse, register for, and dial into community events from the Events page. We’ll also highlight upcoming events of interest on the home page.

  • Finally, you’ll also find Announcements and Product updates from the top navigation bar. We've also moved these outside of our discussion forums so that you have more flexibility in what you subscribe to, and so that it’s easy to keep track of updates from Zendesk too.

Other new features

We’re excited about the modernization of your community experience, and a few key features stand out to be aware of:

  • User onboarding flows and flexible profiles mean you can share more about yourself with the community, and know at a glance if the person you’re talking to is an expert in something you’re not
  • Customizable notifications will allow you to control which updates get pushed to your email inbox
  • When Admins or Moderators need to get in touch with you, you’ll now receive a private message directly in the community.
  • Improved search, including the ability to have AI generate an answer to your specific question
  • Rich-text discussions with the ability to embed media where helpful
  • AI-generated translations of all discussions, so you can connect with users from all over the world to solve problems together
  • Improved moderation standards & capabilities, so you no longer need to wait for a human to approve your post
  • Baked-in rewards, so you’ll be able to earn new levels as you participate

We’ll be continuously improving your Community experience throughout 2026 and beyond. We’d love to hear your feedback as you get settled in! In the meantime, check out our guide to getting started with our new community to take your first steps!

This paragraph needs editing. The part in brackets needs finishing, and the “guide to getting started” link doesn’t work...
