New team page functionalities

Hey there!
We're planning to add tags to the team page alongside a way for you to customise the columns, so you can change the data on this page to fit your needs. The less exciting news is that this is a fair way off, as our current priorities are exporting team members and displaying & managing groups.

All is not lost, however. While we don't yet display tags, you can use the search box to view team members by tags by typing in something like:

tags:wholesale

Where "wholesale" is the name of the tag you would like to use, this will show all of your team members tagged "wholesale". 

@heather13 this trick also works for custom fields. For more information, see Searching custom user and organization fields.

You can read about more advanced ways to use the search bar to view team members, see Searching users. If you are doing this frequently, you can set the search up and then bookmark the page in your browser. This will save your search so you can always get back to it later using that bookmark. You can read about more ways to find team members over here.

There should be an easy way to export the list of team members

Thank you for your feedback. Good news; export is our current priority. You can vote on the exporting function over here, and perhaps let us know if there are any specific ways you need it to work. 

I’m very pleased to let you know that we have started rolling out a new feature that allows admins to export a list of their team member data. This feature will be available in your account by March 16th (PT).
