I have just accidentally deleted a support article. I cannot find how to get it back. It will take me hours to rewrite it and the article in question is for a new product launch tomorrow.  Can you please help?

Custom pages are not visible after I create and publish them  I can only view them but their links will not open directly  can someone please suggest 

We are currently using the Zendesk SDK in our app and would like to move away from using them. Instead, we are going to call our help center to open in a web view. How do we maintain user authentication so that when they submit a ticket or chat, we know they are an authenticated user? Is this possible? Thanks in advance for any advice. 

We are using Guides to publish both regular help articles as well as release notes. Is there some way to allow customers to filter or view one type over the other? We have weekly release notes that cover dozens of subproducts so I can see those release notes soon taking over any sort of meaningful search results list.  Forgive me if this is a basic question. Still fairly new to Zendesk Guides and trying to learn it all. Thanks! 

I have a current Copenhagen theme and confirmed the subsection code exists where it is supposed to be. When moving a section... I cannot select a section only a category (in this case, Community is a category). I have an existing section already (Activities) within Community but it's not there to select, as you can see above.

I cannot figure out why my Help Center looks like the image below. I've tried messing with the code but can't seem to fix it. Problem #1: Submit a request is listed twice Problem #2: Community and Submit a request should both appear on the line where currently the duplicated instance of Submit a request is Any guidance is much appreciated!

Hello, We recently transferred our support platform from Uservoice to Zendesk. We had a very active community of end users (who logged into their app accounts) and suggested feedback, new features, etc. Now, these end users are forced to login or create a Zendesk account before adding a new post to our community section. We have no idea how to solve this. None of our users are posting new suggestions, they are having issues with creating a Zendesk account as they are not familiar with it, only with our apps to which they have already signed in...how can they add new posts to our community section without creating a Zendesk account?

Hi There, The Submit a Request page has one dropdown list by default with a list of forms that you have created for people to choose from I want to create an additional Department dropdown before users select the retrospective form for that department, rather than having all forms available on the Submit a Request page. What I mean by this is: Select a Department (Dropdown) -Department 1 -Department 2   If department 1 selected, display list of forms to choose from If department 2 selected, display a different list of forms   I understand that this can be done using the Conditional option, however I feel like that will get too messy to maintain. The other option is doing this via Jscript, HTML and CSS but I'd like some assistance with this

Hi, I would like a way to make it mandatory for agents to have to request a KB article if none exists before being able to mark a case as solved i.e. no article exists or was not used in the ticket. While we are trying to encourage agents to do this via training we see this as vital to make knowledge at the heart of what we do so this would help enforce this process. Any thoughts?

I want to add a message to our Guide front page with an announcement of some changes. I am a novice with CSS and have a basic grasp of HTML. Anyway, I managed to get the message where I want it and displaying as I want by making small adjustments to the header_page.hbs and style.css. The problem is that the magnifier no longer aligns to the search box and I wonder how to correct that. It now shows just beneath the box as shown.      

We have an already established support and documentation/community site.  We have brought in two more product lines and I want a separate brand for each, but I don't want the customer to have to navigate to a new place.  Can I set up one brand for the 'landing page' and hyperlink them to one of the three product lines on a brand page? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I am creating categories and sections in the Zendesk Guide.In the Thai language, it is necessary to control where the word wrapping occurs.How can I force a line break in a category name? I have tried <br> /n \n but they do not work.Support indicates that there is no ability to insert codes or any other way to control the text within a category or section name. This will make our guide look unprofessional to our Thai customers.

Our end users and agent are finding that when they have been sent a link to an article from a ticket the answer bot asks "Does this article answer your question?"  This is great for the one instance for the ticket they are looking at but all subsequent accesses to articles on the Helpcentre also asks the same question, even if you say NO to the prompts this persistent prompt is becoming very annoying. I am concerned this is distorting our Helpcentre usage stats. How can we stop this pop up from persisting, once the initial link has been accessed?  

Hi, I've seen a couple of posts about this, however, none of the codes work for me. I wanted to change the text "promoted articles" to "news" in 3 languages (English, German, French). If possible too, I would like to add it to the side of the template instead of on the bottom. Is this possible?  Thank you in advance!

There have been several times where images disappear from articles. They look like this: They are not even saved in the Images section in Guide, so I have to go find the image on my computer again, or in some cases re-do a screenshot. Any idea why this is happening? Is there a way to prevent this?

Hey fellow Zendeskers, I wonder what the most common approach is for making changes to Guide themes when you need a customization. Do you make changes directly in the theme editor inside Zendesk? Or do you use a local development environment with Zendesk Apps Tools?

Is it possible to add voting buttons to our help center articles if we are not using the Copenhagen theme? 

Hi, I seem to be beating my head against a wall trying to be able to use the HC user id in a custom page. I know that the user object is not natively available in custom pages, but it seems I should be able to get it from somewhere else, save to a cookie, or something along those lines.   Any magic out there? Hello everyone, I had a question about embedding Zapier templates in our Help Center articles. The HTML script we used previously to do this seems to suddenly no longe rwork. When this code is added to an article's source code, it immediately disappears. Any idea why this could be?  Thanks, Andrew

Hi Zendesk, I was wondering how I can edit the font size and height of the Form Drop Down menu. Referring to this: It's too small for my liking. I found a previous post and read that there should be a ".nesty-panel li " section but I can't seem to find this in the css list.  Any help is appreciated! Thanks.
