How to find out specific person who viewed email

My boss has complained that when he sends an email to multiple recipients, he receives emails saying “One of 3 recipients viewed your email for the first time”, but he can't figure out if there is a way to see which specific recipient viewed it.

 

Is there a place in Sell where he can find this information?
