Is there a current solution that when a support User(end-User gets created/updated ) we can call a webhook to make an update to our database ?

    Hi Alex, 

    The best solution for that at this time is creating a user tag and then using the user tag as a condition for an automation/trigger that can then use a Webhook as an action.
