Can organizations define which data sources Knowledge Copilot uses when generating responses, and are there controls available to prioritize or restrict specific content repositories?

Thank you for the feedback, and we’d like to learn more.

Currently, you can’t restrict use of certain categories/sections (or other) of the knowledge base, and you can guide the conversational assistant while you’re collaborating with it. Can you elaborate a bit on how you envision this solution - are you specifying categories and sections or something else? Would you want to set this up per conversation (so the user) or one off in general settings (as organisation)?
