Why does the voice agent only speak in American English?   We are in Ontario Canada and the Voice AI will often say that they will only support in American English - look at this transcript:  

  I’m here to help in American English only. How can I assist you today?

 

How do you change that?

Thank you for raising this, Mandy12! I see this is related to another post you created.

  1. Unfortunately, we only support American, Australian, and British English today. We don’t have a timeline to release Canadian English today but will share an update once we have more to share.
  2. As for the transcription, would you be able to share conversation log IDs so that we can investigate in the ticket?? https://support.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/14973324
