Hello, in my company we have customers with and without subscription. I'm looking one from those solutions: 1) Showing form only for specific user's segments (tried do this but with no success) 2) Display callout with warning that creating ticket is available only for users with subscription: Of course technically it's possible to send us the ticket, but specific trigger close tickets. I need something to warn about it users who don't belong to specific segments. Hi, I have a very urgent query and any help will be greatly appreciated. It is regarding formatting the homepage according to the user's organization. We have built a tiled layout homepage using div classes. Tile 1 - Service Requests, Tile 2- Report an issue, Tile  3 - A cloud-based platform for our end users (both internal and external. I want to know how can I hide or show certain tiles based on user type/org? Please help. Many thanks in advance.   

Hi, Is it possible to re-order the "Your email address" field in the Contact Us form?  We want to push it lower on the new request page.

Is there any way to promote or show top articles of our choosing in the white space to the right of the contact form?

We have a new help center in which we want to make it visible to users so that they can view it in one of two languages via a dropdown menu at the top of the main home page. This is available in our other existing help centers which I did not set up.  What is the best way to do this? Is it through a Custom Theme?

Any time I promote an article in my help center the locked icon shows however it is open for viewing to everyone. I tried unpublishing, and creating a brand new article but still the same problem

Search results (German) are not exact enough. We have problems with stemming (words with similar ending are all shown as search results (=400 articles). We had as a solution the app "Algolia Search" but unfortunately they don't search community posts. Does anyone have similar experiences and a tip for a good search result improvement.

Hi, I want some ticket forms only to be available for certain customers. After they logged in based on their organization or project they would be the only one to see some of the ticket forms created.All others would only see the default form and the ones visible for customers. Can this be done?And if not, how can i arrange that one of my customers is really the only one to log a certain ticket in the system without having to email it due to security restrictions?

How can I view WHO has followed a Gather Topic or Post.  And can you view WHO has voted on a Post?  I am a Zendesk admin with full permissions.

We have customized our Zendesk community to have a tab showing the latest posts. Earlier this week I went into this screen and noticed that it was not loading properly.  We have been through the code numerous times and nothing there has changed. We have compared it to old code where we know this tab was loading properly. So, that points us to something with Zendesk changing and out code no longer working. Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this or can point us to how to resolve this issue. Here is the code. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am trying to increase the size of the text in my request form's drop-downs (the ones in the red box shown below). I seem to be able to increase the size of everything BUT the text in the dropdown itself. Can I change this? If so, where? 

In the Admin center I have the option Anybody can submit the tickets enabled. Does this work only for requests which are submitted via email or does it work for forms as well. If it works for form as well, how would I do it, because right now on the help centre URL I do not see a submit a request, and it shows up after the login

I want to edit the text that people see before they log into Community. I don't see where these elements (highlighted in red) are controlled. Does anyone have insight into this?  

I would like to make a continuous numbered list on an article, but have a few headings I need to insert to segment parts of the instructions. I tried using <ol class="list-number" start="5"> to have the list pick back up where it left off, and it is displayed correctly in the article edit area, but when I preview the actual article the numbers start back at 1 (see photos). Any suggestions for how to troubleshoot this? I am using a theme from Zenplates.

Hi, I am using the Help Centre to create an FAQ page and am now trying to also create an announcements page as a custom page. I was wondering whether it is possible to use create this custom page from a new category (with its own unique sections) and articles that I can simply 'add' articles to this custom page via the zendesk arrange articles. For example, I want to create a custom page for the 'Announcements' category as shown below so that I can add articles the same way I create articles for my FAQ. Thanks for the help!

Hello, I have a use case below that requires we link a logged in Zendesk user to an external website/webform due to the complexity and external vendor required to maintain/re-design etc very quickly as-needed for a very specific industry.  The goal is that the user information would pre-populate within the webform (via webhook or ??).  This should not require SAML/SSO level, just basic information. Example:  User "Susie Smith" is logged in and viewing the Help Center main page.   She selects a link "Feedback and Requests" - this link opens a new page (ideally) where a webform is shown -- her user name, organization or other known user information has already been pre-populated (sent from Zendesk through the link).  Susie then goes through a series of questions that are conditional -- either hiding or revealing additional questions.  Upon completion, this external system then sends the information back to Zendesk where it will open the ticket
