We have built a custom app that contains contact information to reach out to our suppliers. Below is a screenshot of how that looks for one of our suppliers. The functionality which we would like to build is that when an agent clicks on the phone icon then a call within Zendesk Talk is started. We try to make this work, though need some help. Is this possible? Thoughts?

We have a custom app which shows information from our back office. When a customer calls us and we recognize the phone number, then all details from the customer are immediately shown in our app. We build a feature that updates the Zendesk profile with info from our back office. E.g. add the name of the customer and the mail address. In case, we have a profile of the customer with the mail address, then we are merging both profiles. We preferably would see the changes immediately within the interface of Zendesk. E.g. within the ticket field requester. Is it possible that this can be triggered in the background? Thoughts?

Hello Team, I'm using below api to fetch the tickets details base on the organization id /api/v2/organizations/{organization_id}/tickets I just wanted to know, how many maximum tickets we can fetch per organization.  Is there any limitations for the api? Could you please let me know.   Thanks!  

Hi!  I am trying to edit the Zendesk Chat Widget header. In the header there is a hyphen indicating the back button. Is there a way to change this hyphen to "Back" or an "x"? My client is requesting this hyphen be changed. Thank you!

Hi Team, We are working on connector where we need to all the chats from end users and ticket as well. As per my investigation we have to use two different end points to generate Oauth2 access token one for chat API (https://www.zopim.com/oauth2/token) and second for ticket APIs (https://persistentsystems9423.zendesk.com/oauth/tokens). We also need to create two different Oauth application one is for chat and second for ticket. Is there any way that we can use a single Oauth application and single access token generation URL to fetch all the chat and ticket information of end user? NOTE: We are using Suite Professional trial version Kindly help

Hello ! I developed my application using zat server, and successfully validated my bundle using  zat validate. I could navigate to my app using the ?zat=true parameter during the development process. Now when I uploaded my application through the admin settings, I get an HTTP error 422: Would you be able to know why it fails like so ? What am I doing wrong ?

Hiya!  We've recently been attempting to intergrate the Chat v2 SDK into our app, however we're running in to errors with the offline form.  When agents are offline, the bot says that it will need to gather more information however it doesn't specify or ask.  Contact information is already populated using Chat.instance?.configuration.visitorInfo  We also use these flags to set availability behaviour.  chatConfiguration.isOfflineFormEnabled = true chatConfiguration.isAgentAvailabilityEnabled = true The screenshot is also attached, any help would be fantastic! 

I have a React support app that has been working fine in top_bar but as soon as I moved it to nav_bar I started getting this error. Are there any other types of changes that need to be made to accommodate the location change other than updating the manifest?

Is there a way to detect if `snippet.js` is loading the Classic Web Widget or the new Messenger Web Widget? There is `zE.version` but that doesn't return any identifying info. We're working on migrating from the Classic Web Widget to Messenger and since that control is within Zendesk we need to be able to temporarily support both types in our codebase.  For example, setting the z-index in classic uses `window.zE('webWidget', 'updateSettings', { webWidget: { zIndex: 999999 } });` but in Messenger it uses `window.zE('messenger:set', 'zIndex', 999999);`. When the classic widget is enabled calling `messenger:set` throws an exception. Is is there a way to detect if the snippet is loading Classic or Messenger so we can easily switch between these two options?

I am unable to close tickets out in Zendesk. More so, I am unable to click on the X and it does not close out. Also, when trying to check my Ticket History for open and closed tickets, I am unable to click my name and see the tickets. Is there a way to correct this? Thanks!

Hi all, I would like to inform you that I am are working on access control list for tickets. We have clear understanding that who are end users can view tickets from organization. However we do not have clear understanding that who are the support personal (admin/agent/stuff etc) can view tickets. Could you please provide more details who all support personal can view tickets. Our Password system doesnt work on google chrome with zendesk. I have to manually copy the mail address and password every day from the chrome extension of 1password to the login field. Can you maybe help here?

Hi all, I am using POST https://www.zopim.com/api/v2/chats to create  chats and I am also able to get the result using GET https://www.zopim.com/api/v2/chats created by POST but where to see these chat on Zendesk UI that I am using with trial version of Zendesk Suite Professional.  Kindly look into it. Our support team employs the use of "Task" type of tickets in order to set up an email calendar reminder for when an On-Hold ticket needs to be addressed. There is always a need to automate automated actions based on the Due Date field. This way, when tickets are past their Due Date, a reminder will run on them and they will automatically reopen the ticket by themselves and they do not have the need to go into Outlook and manually reopen them.

Basically i've been testing zendesk for 1 week now, planning to buy it, but now it seems that is not working well. Most of the time, when I open the widget, I don't receive the welcome message from the bot and after that i send a message to the backoffice , i can't see the reply. Hi all, I would like to inform you that I am using Trial Version of Zendesk Suite professional and in the chat dashboard there is no option for chat history, department and monitor. Does trial version is affecting that or there is another reason? Thanks,
