We are transitioning from Hubspot to Sell as our CRM.  We would like to export our emails and notes on contacts in Hubspot and import those into Sell contacts to maintain our record.  Hubspot is telling us that we have to pay a developer to use their API to export the emails and notes.  Anyone else done this already or know of a resource who could do this for us easily?  

I have to give some basic information on the interactive slide components of my workshop using text and images.Slido, is this possible?I would prefer not to integrate with Google Slides because that solution necessitates the installation of the Google/Slido integration, the Chrome integration, and, of course, the need for a Google account (which won't work in some of my clients) for other team members who wish to facilitate an instance of the workshop!Could you assist me? I've just realized they'll either have Google or Microsoft Office, so a backup plan or alternative would be to create Google and PowerPoint slide versions of my workshop and make them available to users.

I want details of actions performed on Zendesk Sell, If agent delete any contacts, Leads, I want a webhook to notify that, same if agent update any Contacts, Tasks.How do I add these Webhooks via API?

Hi Team! With Sell is there any workaround to adding an email Template without overwriting what was previously written on an email? We enjoyed the ability in Support emails to add multiple macros to one email and modify the macro from within the email. We need to do the same with Sell email templates. Is this possible or is there a workaround?

The deals I am entering in the Zendesk Sell, I have to specify more than one value fields for currency, so that the currency format can be invoked by default. But, while adding the field, I am not getting currency as one of the type for the field. Any solutions for that?Thank you

My dad always told me that there are no dumb questions, but I feel like this one might be.  I'm at a loss right now though and can't figure this out. Is it possible to show the Deal ID (which I do see in the URL) onto the Deal page or form?  Having it more visible would help my end user that does invoicing.   Thanks in advance.

Hi, I am the developer for a new Zendesk customer. I found out that there are Themes as own websites that can be used. Do these Include for example modules for implementing chat within them? By the way is there any chat support for these kind of questions?

What happens on a deal if products are removed from the system? Do the products get removed from the deals they were attached to? Is the best action to set them as inactive? Does setting a product as inactive remove it from the products to select, but leave it attached to prior deals from when it was active? Thanks!

if i have created a lead ,the sync api gives the response if i have deleted a lead,the sync api does not give the response.But in documentation,it is mentioned as deleted events also be given in sync api response.

Is anyone else paying for outbound talk services and unable to dial outbound? I have submitted multiple support tickets without resolution. Now it appears Support is closing my tickets as "Solved" without fixing the issue. I can't tell if this is a fraudulent employee of Zendesk or if the larger organization is attempting to scam me.   Any insight into this would be helpful.

Is there not a way to see when a lead or contacts ownership has been reassigned to a new owner? We've had leads that have changed ownership between different reps but it doesn't show any mention of who reassigned the record under "activity" or when. Is this shown anywhere within Sell? 

I have created an email sequence and have set the 2nd and 3rd email to send as a reply to the first email, however in Microsoft Outlook it sends as a new email and not a reply.  Is this a Zendesk or Outlook issue? And is there any way of fixing it so the customer will see the original email when the following emails send through? TIA  

I am curious about why a bulk functionality for deleting users exists but a bulk end-user merge function doesn’t exist (thought: with the option to unmerge users and adding functionality to recover users after deleting).  We utilize software that stores Resident and Prospect data. In this software, if there is a potential match to the record, we can select multiple duplicate records and merge them into the record. This essentially moves the information to the “parent” record and deactivates/deletes the prior records. This could fall into a similar bucket as the Deleted Users bucket in Zendesk.

I have a client that purchased licenses for Zendesk Sell a couple of months ago - They were not able to get the integration with outlook365 setup, they brought in my company to get it setup, but we've tried all of  the options that we could find. We have opened many support tickets, traded Emails with several Zendesk support agents, but we can't get them on the line at the time that we are scheduled at the clients office - why is the Zendesk support team so hard to reach? We are having to bill the client each time we come out, only to tell them we could not do anything because we haven't heard back from Zendesk support.

I have a use case where I need to sync appointments from another third party tool to ZenDesk Sell. I can get the appointments out of the other system with a webhook but I don't see a way to create Appointments with an API. I have looked in the ZenDesk Sell API documentation but I am not seeing it documented anywhere. Is this not supported?

Hi, I have created a new app with zcli:new --scaffold react. I managed to get the app to show on ZD support top bar with  "support": {     "top_bar": {         "url": "myurl"     } },   However I cannot get it to show on the sell top bar... I have this config: "sell": {     "top_bar": {         "url": "myurl"     },     "lead_card": "myurl" } When browsing with ?zcli_apps=true, the app shows on the lead card, however does not show on the top bar...   For the life of me I can't figure out why... am I missing something?

Hi, The Zendesk Mobile app is not syncing all of our Zendesk data. For example, a Organization on the desktop app shows 4 closed deals, yet the mobile app shows zero. Is this by design to reduce the data load to mobile devices or a bug? Thanks, -- Roland Hill

Hi, we are looking at getting ZenDesk sell to compliment the other ZenDesk features we use and love.   The main purpose is to do e-mail campaigns to potential customers and track the outcome.  From initial investigation, it does not look like it's going to be the right tool for what we want, does anyone use it with add on app's to do this kind of thing? Keep a database of emails we want to send marketing emails to Create emails, or upload an email template, that has an unsubscribe button When a customer clicks unsubscribe, we can remove them from the mailing list
